The temperatures may be hovering close to zero, but that isn’t stopping a frozen custard shop from setting its sights to serving up frosty treats (and steak burgers, chicken tenders and hot dogs) to Naperville residents.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers is proposing a location at 1967 Glacier Park Avenue, just off of Route 59.
