Naperville needs to decide between parking bollards and wheel stops for citizen safety

Have you ever tripped over a wheel stop? You know, the concrete section that cars pull up to and the tires stop against them. Probably not, if there was a car parked on it but if there isn’t and your not paying attention they can be quite troublesome and a Naperville Resident was injured after tripping on one and the fall required 27 stitches.
