NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville is hoping to encourage residents to make more sustainable lawn maintenance choices by offering a $50 rebate for buying electric lawn equipment. The rebate will apply to battery-powered lawnmowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers and similar items.
The initiative, which kicked off in 2022, is part of the city’s Sustainability Incentives and Rebates program.
