The 5th Avenue project may be the first of its kind in Illinois and secon in the nation to meet, “global standard for health and wellness.” The Ryan Companies are looking to see WELL Certified Community Status for their development.
The designation would prove a commitment to supporting health, wellness, and social engagement through consideration of factors such as air, water, light, sound, thermal comfort, nourishment, movement, mind, materials, and community.
