High temperatures will top out in the upper 50s to near 60°F across most areas, making for a pleasant if slightly cool spring day. Sunshine Dominates From Border to Coast

Clear skies and abundant sunshine are the story today across the entire region. From the Hudson Valley communities in New York through central Connecticut and out to the Rhode Island border, sunlight will be the dominant feature with no significant cloud cover or precipitation concerns through the day.

Upper 50s to Near 60°F Across Most of the Region

Across the Hudson Valley in New York, readings are running slightly cooler than their Connecticut counterparts. Communities like Ancram, Amenia, Millbrook, and Hyde Park are in the mid-to-upper 50s, while Poughkeepsie, East Fishkill, and Carmel sit around 57–58°F.

Mount Kisco and Norwalk are among the warmer western spots, both touching near 60°F, while areas further north like Palenville and Saugerties settle in the mid-50s.

Rhode Island Border Communities Round Out the Warmth

Along the Connecticut and Rhode Island border, temperatures remain consistent with the rest of the region. Providence is at 60°F, while Killingly, Coventry, Plainfield, Hopkinton, and Exeter are all in the 58–59°F range, rounding out a very uniform temperature pattern across the broader area today.
