Children and young adults are accounting for an increasing percentage of COVID-19 cases in DuPage County, the county health department announced Monday.

The number of COVID-19 cases has been on the rise for several days following the beginning phase four of the Restore Illinois plan to reopen businesses across the state and the July 4 weekend, a DuPage County Health Department news release said.
