Naperville restaurants may soon be allowed to have a BYOB policy when it comes to allowing patrons to bring their own beer or wine.
The Naperville Liquor Commission directed city to draft on ordinance creating a BYOB liquor license class and to amend the current code to clarify which license classes can allow customers to bring their own liquor to restaurants. If recommended for approval, it will go to the Naperville City Council, which has the final say.
