NAPERVILLE, IL — A 14-year-old from Aurora faces felony charges after they were arrested when a car stolen out of St. Charles was spotted in Naperville Sunday.
Police say they located the stolen car in northwest Naperville and followed it until it turned onto a dead-end street.
