Less than two months after buying three suburban Chicago apartment complexes with 1,700 units, a Deerfield landlord is putting one of the properties back on the market.
Orion Residential has hired CBRE to sell Courtyards Village Apartments, a 224-unit property in Naperville, according to a person familiar with the plan. Orion acquired Courtyards Village in November in a deal that also included two complexes in Mount Prospect, the Colony and Park Grove Apartments.
