NAPERVILLE, IL — The streets of downtown Naperville will be abuzz with carnival rides, live music and a Labor Day parade when the Naperville Jaycees’ Last Fling makes its long-awaited return Sept. 3 through Sept. 6. The four-day festival, which was canceled in 2020 due to coronavirus, will welcome guests back with free admission after charging entry fees for the first time in 2019.
