Two neighboring industrial facilities will soon rise in Aurora, Ill.
Logistics Property Co. has planted its flag in Aurora, Ill., planning to start construction on two nearby industrial facilities. The company is planning to break ground on both 2800 W. Diehl Road and 4275 Ferry Road soon, with both logistics projects scheduled for delivery in early 2023.
LPC tapped Pepper Construction as the general contractor for 4275 Ferry Road, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Magliano and David Friedland will be marketing the property. For 2800 W. Diehl Road, Meridian Design Build is handling the construction, while NAI Hiffman’s Kelly Disser, Michael Freitag and Ben Ryan will be tasked with marketing.
The larger of the two projects, 2800 W. Diehl Road, will be built on a 30.7-acre site located at the Eola Road Exit on Interstate 88. LPC is planning to build the 392,933-square-foot logistics facility with 36-foot clear heights, 56 docks, 403 auto parking spaces and 26 trailer parking spaces.
