NAPERVILLE, IL — The number of coronavirus cases in Naperville has increased by 5 percent in the past week, according to information from the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD).
As of Sept. 16, the city had reported 1,191 total cases of the new coronavirus. Those numbers had increased to 1,251 as of Sept. 23.

- Sept. 2: 1,016
- Sept. 9: 1,127
- Sept. 16: 1,191
- Sept. 23: 1,251
To date, there have been a total of 39 coronavirus-related deaths in the city, DCHD reports. According to the DCHD website, there were no active coronavirus cases in Naperville as of Sept. 23.
