Jacqueline Bahr isn’t afraid to take the plunge for her students. In fact, on March 3 the Kingsley Elementary School teacher braved the cold temperatures for a cause near and dear to her.

“I (did) the Polar Plunge for the fourth year, jumping into Lake Michigan to raise money for Special Olympics,” said Bahr, who’s also a high school Special Olympics basketball coach. “It’s really, really freezing, but so worth it.”
