NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville officials are considering putting a mandatory face mask ordinance into place, according to Chicago Tribune.
Naperville Mayor Steve Chirico shared the news at a virtual town hall meeting about coronavirus Monday.
The news comes as coronavirus numbers surge throughout DuPage and Will counties, leading to a ban on indoor dining and other restrictions. As of press time, Naperville has had more than 2,700 coronavirus cases since March, according to the DuPage County Health Department.
