A Naperville woman and her three siblings thought their father’s cremated remains were being shipped to their four respective homes. Instead, they allege in a lawsuit filed Tuesday, one of the four urns was damaged in transit and thrown into the trash.
Trayce Reyes-Ford, of Naperville, her sister, Tyna Kirk from Indiana and two brothers, Reginald and Joel L. Ford from Texas, filed a lawsuit in federal court in Illinois seeking damages after Kirk failed to receive her urn with her father’s ashes.
