The best city in America to raise a family and the city with the best public schools continue to be Naperville.
Niche.com released its 2021 list of Best Places to Live, and Naperville ranked No. 1 among the 228 cities rated for the Best Cities to Raise a Family in America and Cities with the Best Public Schools in America.
Naperville also ranked third in Niche’s Best Cities to Live in America, behind The Woodlands, Texas, at No. 1 and Arlington, Virginia, at No 2.
“With the pandemic changing the way we live and work, many people are thinking hard about where they want to live if they no longer have a daily commute. Our Best Places to Live rankings are designed to help users find the next place they want to call home,” Niche.com’s Natalie Tsay said in an email.
Because the rankings incorporate both data and resident reviews, “it’s truly a community achievement to perform so well,” Tsay said.
