A Neuqua Valley High School student’s video that addresses teen distracted driving won first place in a contest conducted by the Naperville Police Department and AAA Chicago.
Megan Kosak won the first-place award and a $750 scholarship from the Naperville Police Department Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 42 for the video that highlights two common distractions — other teen passengers and cell phones, according to a news release from the Naperville Police Department.
