NAPERVILLE, IL — An Oswego man is being held without bond after Naperville police say they found him with a firearm that had been altered to operate like a machine gun. Caleb Davis, 18, of the 400 block of Treasure Dr., was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon — machine gun — in connection with the June 29 incident.
Police say they spotted Davis driving a car to a dimly lit part of a lot in the 2700 block of W. 75th Street around 9 p.m. on June 29.
