Police Take One Person Into Custody After Car Crashes Into North Fargo Yard
FARGO, North Dakota — Police say one person was taken into custody Monday night after a car crashed into a yard along the 1600 block of Broadway North, just a few blocks south of North High School.

Authorities responded around 10 p.m. on October 6, after a vehicle veered off the road and came to rest in a residential yard. The car appeared heavily damaged, according to witnesses and a WDAY News crew who were at the scene.
First responders checked the driver before police placed one individual under arrest. The person’s identity and the circumstances leading up to the crash have not yet been released.
Investigation Underway
Officers were later seen searching the vehicle under the glow of police lights, combing through debris from the impact. It’s unclear whether any other vehicles were involved in the collision or if the driver may face additional charges.
