NAPERVILLE, Ill. — North Park University had three players named to the 2022 All-College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) team on Tuesday morning. Erik Bullard, Emmanuel Eugene, and Quinn Robinson all received second-team honors while Ikenna Nkuku was named the RESPECT award winner.
Bullard finished the 2022 conference schedule with 81 kills, averaging 2.38 per set. The Viking senior totaled a CCIW eighth-best 66 digs, 12 blocks, and recorded one service ace. In overall play, Bullard totaled a team second-best 227 kills and 2.70 per set.
Eugene slotted himself sixth in the league with 95 kills in CCIW action. He attacked at a .208 clip with 2.71 kills per set. Eugene added a league seventh-best 68 digs in league play while also serving up seven aces. Eugene finished the regular season with 303 kills and 3.37 kills per set, while also establishing a new program record of 27 kills in one match on March 24.
