The City of Naperville will begin reconstruction work on West Street between Emerald Drive and Rickert Drive the week of Aug. 7 as part of the City’s 2023 Street Resurfacing and Reconstruction Program. Work will take place in two phases to minimize impacts, and pending weather and unforeseen circumstances should be complete and all lanes reopened by the end of September.
Construction includes removal and replacement of the pavement and subgrade on West Street between Emerald Drive and Rickert Drive.
