NAPERVILLE, IL — Downtown Naperville will transform into a sea of shamrock green when the 2023 West Suburban Irish Parade takes place March 11.
The parade will begin at 10 a.m., when dancers, floats, Irish wolfhounds and other participants step off from the corner of Mill Street and Ogden Avenue.
