As we try to stay home as much as possible, cabin fever is hitting us hard. We’ve been missing our favorite indoor play places that help keep us parents sane. While many of these spots remain closed during the pandemic, a few indoor play places in Chicago and the suburbs have reopened with new COVID-19 guidelines and private playtimes available to help keep the play experience safe for families.

Funtopia

This kids’ utopia features climbing walls (think beanstalk, dino skeleton, tire ladder), rope courses, building blocks, caves and drop slides, plus a Soft Play area for kids under 8 and a special zone for the tiniest of tots. Naperville’s location is larger than the original and includes interactive courses with more than 50 themed fun walls and areas, including a ninja course.
