Lights and more lights

Illumination, Tree Lights at The Morton Arboretum: 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. daily through Sunday, Jan. 5, (except Dec. 2, 9, 16, 24 and 25) at The Morton Arboretum, 4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle. Be surrounded by color while walking a one-mile, paved path amid interactive lighting effects that highlight the beauty of trees in winter. Enjoy seasonal music and a drink or s’mores by the fire. $12-$23. mortonarb.org/.

Living Wheaton Christmas Parade: 6-9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29, in downtown. Floats, decorated cars, costumed characters and Santa. Free. downtowntownwheaton.com.
