Hundreds of Naperville businesses and agencies, including such prominent names as Marquette Cos., Little Friends and Empire Burgers + Brew, were approved for federal Paycheck Protection Program loans to help get them through the coronavirus pandemic.

A list released Monday by the Small Business Administration breaks the loans into financial groupings, with the highest category of $5 million to $10 million being awarded to Naperville’s InProduction, an event staging company; Midwest Anesthesia Partners; Phoenix Closures, a packaging and closure manufacturer; and Total Staffing Solutions.

Among those receiving loans of between $2 million and $5 million were Little Friends; Bill Jacobs Naperville; Dukane Precast; Wolf Motors; accounting firm Lauterbach & Amen; St. Patrick’s Residence, a nursing and rehabilitation facility; book publisher Sourcebooks; and Marquette Cos., developers of Water Street in downtown Naperville, the list shows.

The Small Business Administration did not release names or addresses of businesses that received loans less than $150,000, although 516 Naperville businesses received loans of at least $150,000.
