Honor one of Naperville’s own at the American Legion Chili Cookoff and Fundraiser on Saturday, March 28.
Wayne Fischer, a man well known in Naperville for his service to the community, is currently senior vice commander, American Legion, Department of Illinois. He will become Commander of the Department of Illinois at its state convention in July 2020.
