NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville firefighters put out a blaze at a two-story motel Tuesday evening. The fire broke out just before 7:15 p.m. in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue.

Firefighters got to the scene to find smoke coming from the motel’s second floor. They were able to use a hose line and “aggressive interior attack” to put bring the fire under control within 10 minutes, according to a news release from Naperville Fire Department Bureau Chief Phil Giannattasio.

The unit where the fire started was deemed uninhabitable, but the rest of the motel was deemed habitable.
