NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville man has been found guilty in the 2019 stabbing death of his wife. Patrick O’Brien, 62, was convicted Wednesday of attempted first degree murder and aggravated domestic battery.
Police were called to the 2200 block of Popple Court in Naperville on Dec. 21, 2019 for a report of a stabbing. Prosecutors say that O’Brien and his wife had been separated and he had come back to the house to retrieve some possessions.
