Two Naperville residents with ties to DuPage County’s Family Shelter Service, an organization that helps domestic violence victims and their families, are to attend Tuesday’s State of the Union as guests of local members of Congress.

U.S. Rep. Lauren Underwood has invited 7-year-old Naperville resident Allie Bland and U.S. Rep. Sean Casten has invited Judie Caribeaux, executive director of Family Shelter Services, according to news releases from each of the offices.
