Exasperated drivers annoyed by summer construction work may be getting a break this summer — at least in Naperville.
The number of projects on the docket for the 2019 construction is low this season and only a smattering of road resurfacing jobs are planned for city neighborhoods, city spokeswoman Linda LaCloche said.
