If recent Naperville Central graduate Katlyn Allen has a weakness, it’s that she’s never satisfied.
The star shortstop gets visibly upset at herself when she fails, and that was something she wanted to change while serving as a team co-captain with junior Jacqui Abogado.
“I’m very hard on myself,” Allen said. “It’s something I need to work on.
“Especially when I know I can be so good at something, I want to do my best. If I make a mistake, I’m like, ‘You should have had that.’ ”
