NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville police officer faces felony charges after he was accused of using the Law Enforcement Agencies Data System (LEADS) to get information about a license plate for something that was not police business.
Anthony Cimilluca, 48, was charged with felony official misconduct and turned himself in Thursday. Cimilluca was released later that day.
