There is a group called Opt Out Naperville that is holding a rally this coming Saturday starting at 10:00 am in Central Park (near the corners of Washington St. and Benton Ave). They will also be hosting a gathering prior to the City Council meeting on Tuesday (September 3, 2019) and the location of that meeting will be at the Free Speach Pavillion along the Riverwalk near Jackson Ave and Webster St.
